Katie Ferraro, MPH, RD, CDE is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator specializing in nutrition communications and curriculum development. She is the co-author of Diet Therapy in Advanced Practice Nursing (McGraw Hill, 2014) and is a freelance writer and consultant dietitian.
