3. A complete thirteen-digit ISBN Number
4. Complete Title of the Product and Quantity

Returns Information
Return requests must be emailed or faxed within 6 months after the invoice date and authorization must be received before returning any products.
Digital access codes
Registered access codes may be returned within 14 calendar days of the registration date as long as no more than 10% of the coursework has been completed. Under no circumstance will a refund be issued if more than 10% of the coursework has been completed. Coursework pertains to all lesson quizzes, exams, and written assignments.
Access cards
Products returned for credit must have tear strip intact and be in resalable condition. All items are subject to inspection and should be sent prepaid to the following address below.
